Well, here's a little video to give you some perspective of what it's like to drive here on Okinawa. Enjoy! Some roadsigns have english writing and the roadway identifiers are numbered in english, but most everything is in Japanese. That poses somewhat of a challenge, but it's not insurmountable. Andreana has some good stories to tell you about her driving experiences, but I'll leave them to her. Until then...

Wow ...at least there's a barrier in the middle of the road so you don't veer off into oncoming traffic! Whew I'm sure it gives you a headache thinking about it all the time...which side of the road and what number .. and where the heck am I going.....!
