Time Square, Japanese style.
The new and updated Rickshaw.
Last Weekend we took a day to drive an hour South to Kokusai Street. Translated meaning is International Street. It is a popular place for tourists to shop and eat. There were many interesting things to see there. Not limited to but including the t-shirt and purse in the above pictures. There is a covered street about a mile long with all kinds of vendors, selling fruits, vegetables, flowers, clothing and Japanese delicacies such as pigs feet, pigs heads, octopus, and fish eggs and dried sea snakes. While you're there you might want to stop in the little shop that has a display of some preserved insects and reptiles such as a scorpion, Habu snake, Banana Spider as big as your hand. We had a great day. Lots of people stopped us so they could admire Victoria and her big blue eyes. There is also a big American-style Mall there, we didn't get to walk through it, but this won't be our last trip to Kokusai Street.
