New Years Eve at Genghis Khan

Our New Years Eve was a quiet one. We set out in the cold (yes it was cold here) to try a new restaurant called Genghis Khan. It was very yummy and definitely added to our favorites. If you have never been to a Mongolian BBQ it is very yummy. They have raw meats (some places will have shrimp too but this place didn't). Usually Beef, chicken, and pork. You take a bowl and put what you want in it. So meat then veggies such as cabbage, onions, carrots, bean sprouts, spinach, and a few others. Then you put the flavors that you want on it. Soy sauce, teriyaki, cooking oil, sesame seed oil, Saki, sugar water, garlic and a few more I can't remember. Once that is done you take it to the grille. He/she will cook it up for you right in front of you on a large grill. Then take it to your seat and enjoy with a hot bowl of white rice.
We hope you all have a very happy and healthy new year. Love and miss you all.
Andreana, Rob and Victoria
