Easter Sunday with The Whites on Okinawa

Hello All!

Easter turned out to be beautiful in more ways than one. We went to church this morning, as Easter Sunday Mass is always fun with the kids participating in the celebration. Additionally, the weather was beautiful here for Easter. It was partly cloudy and plenty of sunshine with a high temperature of about 82 degrees F. After church, we went to brunch at the Tengan Castle (we've done a blog entry on this place in the past). We got there early, but by the time we were finished, it was a mad house. After that, we went back home to relax a bit because brunch takes a lot out of us (basically, we ate too much!). After about an hour and a half or so, we decided that it would be nice to go to the beach on Camp Courtney to take our Easter pictures (church is on the same base). It's only a few minutes away from home. Although there were a few people at the beach, it was far from packed and we were able to get a nice quiet area to play in. This was a great opportunity to exercise our new camera. We hope that you enjoy the pictures!
